When delivering Salesforce solutions for our customers, Ziipline’s primary focus is shortening the time-to-value for our customers. Maximising the return on investment at the earliest opportunity. This focus on business impact means we ensure our projects are scaled effectively and deliver value fast.

These four stages form a structured project lifecycle, providing a systematic approach to planning, designing, developing, and launching successful projects while minimising risks and ensuring alignment with project goals.

DISCOVER

The discovery stage marks the project's initiation, where the primary goal is to gather essential information, the key business objectives and establish a roadmap for design.

DESIGN

The focus shifts towards the project's structure, layout, and functionality. Creating a blueprint, that guides the team in building the solution with a clear vision of its final state and functionality.

BUILD

Where the project's components are developed and integrated based on the design. Constant feedback is sought as we showcase the build at regular intervals. Our test team reviews the build prior to handover.

LAUNCH

The culmination of the project, where the completed solution is introduced to the user base following vigorous testing and business change processes (testing, walk-throughs, training).

We go-live at the earliest opportunity so our customers can start to reap the benefits of Salesforce whilst we continue to build capabilities into the platform. We work with our customers closely, forming a collaborative co-team environment whereby roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and everyone is aware of the key dependencies on all sides. We also ensure focus is kept on the business change elements of the project, working with the various business functions and end user base to establish how they work today and how this will be affected positively by the Salesforce programme launching. Following go-live, the Ziipline Customer Success team step in to ensure the platform continues to grow with and support our customers.
